- Customs, Duties & Taxes: To comply with international shipping India regulations, please note that shipments entering countries outside India may be subject to local import duties, customs tariffs, or broker fees. These are determined exclusively by your local government and are paid directly by the client to the courier agency upon delivery.

Tracking & Security

The moment your parcel is scanned into our courier's network, a unique tracking link will be sent to your registered email address. Address Corrections
Please review your shipping details carefully during checkout. To protect against luxury transit fraud, address modifications can only be accommodated within 24 hours of order placement.
Remote Delivery Zones (ODZ)
If your delivery address falls within a remote area classified as an Out of Delivery Zone (ODZ) by our premium courier partners, our concierge team will contact you within 3 business days to coordinate a secure alternative delivery address.
Unsuccessful Delivery Attempts
To ensure security, our shipping partners require a signature upon delivery and will make two attempts to deliver your package.
- If the parcel is returned to our headquarters due to an incorrect contact number, incomplete address, or recipient absence, the client will bear the cost of re-shipping.
- Packages unclaimed at our warehouse for more than 30 business days will be dismantled. The value—minus all incurred two-way shipping fees—will be credited back to your account as a digital store credit.

Boutique Distinction: To maintain the integrity of our digital inventory, pieces purchased on our official online boutique cannot be returned or exchanged at our physical flagship stores, multi-designer pop-ups, or offline bridal consultations.
The Exchange Process (Domestic Orders Only)
We understand that finding the perfect silhouette requires precision. We offer a easy exchange policy solely for size adjustments on standard garments.
- Initiating an Exchange: Please contact our fit specialists at admin@gauriaurrika.com or via WhatsApp within 2 days of delivery.
- The Cycle: Once your size exchange is authorized, you will be requested to secure-ship the garment back to our central atelier. Upon a successful quality check, your new size will be dispatched. The complete exchange cycle takes between 9–18 business days.
- Exclusions: We do not accept exchanges or returns based on a change of personal style preference, color disliking, or sudden change of mind.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Deliveries
In the rare event that a garment arrives damaged, physically defective, or varies from the exact style ordered, Gauri Aurrika will immediately rectify the issue.
- Notification: Please email our concierge within 2 days of receipt with your order number.
- Verification: To assist our quality control team, please attach clear photographs of the defect or a brief unboxing video clip. This helps us fast-track your replacement.
Absolute Final Sales (Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable)

Garment Condition Standards
For an exchange or authorized return to be accepted, the piece must return to our atelier in flawless, showroom condition:
- Completely unworn, unwashed, unscented, and free of cosmetics or deodorant marks.
- Alteration-free, with all designer brand tags, fabric care loops, and security seals entirely intact.
- Packaged safely in its original luxury garment box, accompanied by the original tissue inserts and invoice.
